To strengthen our customer billing department at Frankfurter Dienstleistungsholding GmbH, we are looking for a committed person for a full-time (38h/week) permanent position as soon as possible
Sales billing employee
YOUR TASKS
- Master data maintenance, billing and communication with special contract customers for electricity and gas
- Handling of processes for market communication in the energy sector
- Review and approval of network usage bills
- Review of billing processes in the billing system
- Communication with network operators and internal departments
- Creation of evaluations from the accounting system
- Archiving of accounting documents
- Carrying out tests in the accounting system after updates/upgrades
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with professional experience appropriate for the position (knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous)
- Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel (IT ability)
- Application-specific knowledge of the kVASy accounting system is desirable
- Good understanding of billing-related issues
- Ability to understand, analyze and communicate complex issues in detail
- Very good communication skills, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
- Reliability and a high level of concentration
- Willingness to work as well ability to work independently
